1. OVERVIEW
This Refund Policy applies exclusively to purchases made under a Business-to-Business (B2B) Research Use Only (RUO) agreement.
All products are strictly intended for qualified research institutions, laboratories, and professional investigators and are not intended for personal, household, or consumer use.
2. RETURN ELIGIBILITY (30-DAY WINDOW)
Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, the buyer must contact us via the Contact Us page for approval prior to shipping any item back.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
3. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
All orders should be inspected upon delivery.
If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, the buyer must notify us promptly so the issue can be reviewed under RUO supply conditions.
Approved resolutions may include replacement or refund at our discretion.
4. EXCHANGES
Direct exchanges are not offered.
Where a return is approved, a refund may be issued, and the buyer may place a new order separately if needed.
5. REFUNDS
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 3 business days of approval.
Additional processing time may be required by financial institutions.
Due to the nature of Research Use Only materials, opened or used items are not eligible for return.
Refund eligibility is limited to:
- Verified shipping damage
- Fulfillment errors
- Confirmed manufacturing defects
All refund decisions are subject to compliance review under RUO guidelines.
6. RETURN APPROVAL REQUIREMENT
All returns must be pre-approved.
The Company reserves the right to:
- Approve or deny return requests
- Require additional verification before processing refunds
- Reject unauthorized shipments
